Please carefully read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") before participating in our Cashback Programme ("Programme"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility: 

1. Only the first 10 individuals who apply for the Programme each month are eligible to receive cashback.

2. The determination of eligibility is based on the time and date of application in relation to Singapore's Time Zone (UTC+8).

3. The "month" for eligibility purposes is defined as the period from 00:00 UTC+8 on the 1st day of the month to 23:59 UTC+8 on the last day of the month.
    

Application and Participation:

1. To apply for the Programme, participants must follow the specified application process as outlined by the company.

2. The company reserves the right to disqualify any application that does not meet the specified criteria or is deemed to be fraudulent.

3. Participation in the Programme is subject to approval by the company, and the company may refuse participation to anyone for any reason that will not be explicitly specified.

4. Citizens of any country other than Singapore must own a Paypal account to be eligible.

5. The same email used to subscribe to the newsletter MUST be the email used in the submission.
    

Cashback Distribution:

1. Cashback will be provided to the first 10 eligible participants each month

2. Singapore Citizens that wish to receive the cashback through other means such as PayNow may contact the company through email. 

3. Citizens of any country other than Singapore will receive their payments through Paypal. 

4. Should any information in the form contain mistakes, the company is not liable to compensate any monetary or opportunity losses. 

5. Cashback will be credited to the participant's account within a reasonable time after eligibility is confirmed.

Dispute Resolution:

1. No pleas, refutes, or disputes regarding eligibility or the outcome of the Programme are allowed

2. The company's decision regarding eligibility and cashback distribution is final and binding.

Program Modifications:

1. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

2. The company may also modify these Terms at its discretion, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the company's website or other Programme-related communication channels.

Privacy and Data Protection:

1. By participating in the Programme, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the company's Privacy Policy.

General Terms:

1. The Programme is void where prohibited by law.

2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company with respect to the Programme and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

3. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Programme or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore.

By participating in the Cashback Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not participate in the Programme.
